Forgive my rambling, but I would like to pose a thought to you.
What if, somewhere on earth, there was a Supreme genius entity who had no sense of Morality?
What if there was someone, or something among us who had no concept of ethics, yet had the power to carry out whatever actions they needed, without regards for others. What would that entity do?
And I'm not talking about a run of the mill psychopath who would dump their family in a ditch if someone paid them $1 million to do so, nor am I talking about a comic book billionaire, evilling laughing while they profit off the backs of others, as in both cases, they are still influenced by human impulses like convenience and to some degree, emotions, even if empathy is not one of those emotions.
I mean an entity that could be given any possible goal, and instantaneously form a plan of how to manipulate those around them to achieve this goal. Take for instance, the old joke of "Why are so many people homeless, just stop being poor lol". For an entity as described, they could take this task literally. While regular humans would get an interview, then a job, and work up to an apartment, this entity would realize that Illegal is always far faster, and more than likely start what would become a Jack the Ripper style rampage. Killing quickly, but never seen. For an Omniscient being this would be a trivial task to plan, simply analyze any possible people who may walk in, with a backup plan in case they are spotted, possibly a small blade that they would have learned to throw accurately beforehand, and then carry out the killing, hiding the body and gaining any assets possible from the deceased. Again, where a regular criminal may just take their money and bank cards, this entity would be able to snoop around their house, killing anyone they find silently, gain enough intel to brute force the victims password, at which point they will likely have the victims information and bank details. With a backup plan involving mimic their voice to a bank teller over the phone using gained information, they can begin withdrawing money and amassing assets over time. Of course, having a house full of dead people will get some attention within the next 24 hours, but by the time anyone comes knocking, the being will be long gone. The being may realize that they could benefit the most if they concentrate these attacks within a geographical region, small enough that they can escape to another country when they are done, but large enough that local police forces won't catch onto them.
For an entity such as this, they would be able to plan attacks well in advance, as well as having the ability of creating and modifying plans on the spot. They would be able to create the most ideal path to a goal. If the goal was money, then within a month they would likely have the life savings of enough people to be a millionaire, at which point they could begin real business.
They could move to a specific office in a specific country that is calculated beforehand to have no chance of being caught, because at this point they still have left behind no evidence that could ever link them to the scene of the crime of their many, many crimes. It would be likely an international manhunt would be underway, but with no DNA and no picture of the entity, it would be impossible to find them.
With no suspicion so far, the entity could expand their operation. At the moment the only limiting factor is that they only have one set of hands to carry out this work. With the spoils of war so far the entity could easily set up computers programmed to do all the technical work, and put together a team of Psychopathic assassins to do the killing, and forward their details into the system. After this, the entity would just need to sit back and let the money arrive from the slaughter of hundreds of people. (Not that an entity like this would spend a second resting instead of working).
So that's how this entity could get rich, but they would have far more power than that. They could know the right group of people to blackmail in exactly the right way to get to a high profile target, buying a competitors stock before the assassination's to profit. They could use the money to fund a terrorist organization and wreck havoc. There would really be no limit for the person who has infinite capability and no barriers to stop them.
